How to make referrals

   Scheduler is extremely sensitive to various privacy and ethic standards for customer data storage and transmission. Data is deleted from storage upon retrieval.

   You will receive a password to use in downloading the intake packet when the appointment is confirmed through a confirmation telephone call.

2. Encourage the individual/family to get assistance. Problems will usually be solved more quickly if they are addressed in the early stages rather than after a number of crises have occurred.

3. If you think it would be helpful, Inquire about the possibility of having the patient sign a disclosure for the therapist to consult with the referring individual for the purpose of ongoing support.
