Payment

Eastview Counseling accepts most insurance.

Eastview Counseling offers an ability to pay scale.

Self-pay patients are accepted.

Payment plans are allowed if prior arrangements are made.

Eastview Counseling uses a billing service to file insurance if you desire to use insurance.

Co-pays, insurance deductibles and self-pay fees are expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Payments can be made in cash or check.

Patients will be billed their unpaid balances monthly.

Safety and Emergency Procedures

Eastview Counseling desires to be available in the event of an emergency. Please follow the procedures outlined below:

1. If you have an emergency call the office number. Office: (316) 284-9856.

2. If no one is available to answer and the emergency does not require immediate assistance leave a voicemail message and the therapist will return the call as soon as possible.

3. If you need immediate assistance call the crisis line at (316) 284-6400.

4. If the emergency is life threatening or is of a serious nature such as harm to self or others
   IMMEDIATELY CONTACT 911 OR THE LOCAL CRISIS HOTLINE AT (316) 284-6400.
